Shipping policy

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders exceeding PKR 15,000, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

• Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, weather, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Please provide accurate contact and address details. Gulunaé is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

• Please report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing gulunae.store@gmail.com.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once dispatched.
